Ghar-e-Thawr or Cave of Thawr is located at the top of Jabal Al-Thawr which is found at the lower part of Misfalah district of Makkah. It is famous in Islamic literature and history because Prophet Muhammad  and companion Abu Bakr
 and companion Abu Bakr  stayed their while migrating from Makkah to Madinah and hid themselves from enemies. Both of these great personalities stayed there for 3 days and nights. It is discussed in Quran as well and Allah made the spider weave a web at the cave’s entrance to misguide the enemies.
